About The House Of Genista

1. What is The House Of Genista?
• The House of Genista is a website aimed at Teddy Bear Collector's. I design and create mainly OOAK Collector Teddy Bears and small Limited Editions, Needle felted Bears/Critters, all individually designed with you in mind.
2. Who Runs The Site?
• The site is run by myself, Hillary Rose, Teddy Bear Designer & Soft Sculpture Artist.

What We Do

1. What Does The House Of Genista Do?
• The House Of Genista creates collectible Teddy Bears & Critters from mohair/faux fur/felt/pipecleaners/merino wool. We also re-home orphaned Antique/Vintage Bears and sell a variety of Bearaphernalia for the Teddy Bear Collector.
2. Are "Genista Bears" Suitable For Children?
• "Genista Bears" have been created with the Teddy Bear Collector in mind and are not suitable for small children due to small parts which a young child could swallow. I will however make a child friendly bear for you using safety eyes and joints. Email me with any requests for a CHILD SAFE BEAR......
3. Are All Bears Immediately Available?
• In most cases, yes...but if I don't have a particular bear in stock when you order it, I will advise you of an anticipated delivery date if I have to make one for you. This normally takes a couple of weeks. Most of my bears are OOAK but I can often make you a similar bear, unless otherwise stated.
4. What Guarantee Does The House Of Genista Offer?
• The House Of Genista promises you a full, money back guarantee (less postage costs both ways) if:
• 1: You are not satisfied that your product is as described on our website.
• 2: You are not satisfied with the product for whatever reason.
5. Can I Use Lay-A-Way To Purchase A Bear?
